Services Offered:
To receive certificate of occupancy codes inspector needs to inspect the address to make sure it complies with housing standards. Call (618) 942-6004 for appointments. Inspections are done on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays from 8:30 am to 11:00 am every fifteen minutes.

Building Permits:
Anything over 10 sq ft under roof
20 cents per sq ft

Property Owner Permits:
Permits are to be paid yearly on June 30th
1-10 Properties - $25.00
11-25 Properties - $50.00
26 Properties and over - $100.00

Enterprise Zone
