Registration To Vote
In Herrin, the place to register to vote is at the City Clerk’s office at the Herrin City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue (942-3175).

The following persons who have not already registered to vote or need to change their addresses may do so at least 28 days before the date of an election.

1. Persons who are 18 years of age or older; or who will be 18 years of age on the date of the election, who have resided in their voting precinct thirty days may register to vote.
2. Persons who have changed their names must re-register to vote.
3. Persons who have previously registered may change their voting address.
