Occupancy Certificate

The City Of Herrin Ordinances require an inspection by the codes inspector before occupancy in homes or businesses is permitted. Appointments may be made in the City Clerk's office (942-3175) before occupying the premises. After the inspection, certificates will be issued which enable the utilities to be connected. Water service and trash pick-up is offered through the Herrin City Hall.
